Rap queen Nicki Minaj took to twitter to reveal to fans that she was facing a challenging dilemma regarding her new album, Queen.  After previous pushback, the album was set to release Friday, August 10th. According to Nicki, one of the songs on the album that features “the greatest rapper of all time” contains an uncleared Tracy Chapman sample.

Nicki then revealed that the uncleared track had lots of juicy information, or “tea”, as it is commonly caalled. In the since-deleted tweet, Nicki said “Y’all gon get mad tea on that song too,” she tweeted. “I’m high key lookin out for y’all chile. It’s sum GOODT TEA TOO. I’d be willing to sacrifce one more week for this tea! But I haven’t decided. Ugh. Love you.” No word yet on what the tea is, but Nicki did pose the question to fans of whether or not she should push the album back to allow enough time to get the sample cleared, or just nix the song from the album and hold firm to her release date.
