Rapper Tyler The Creator has just inked a major TV deal with TV giant, Sony Pictures. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tyler and his partner Lionel Boyce, will create content for their tv and digital platforms. The duo will create both scripted and unscripted shows for Sony Pictures.

Sony Pictures president Jeff Frost expressed his excitement for the new deal and working with Tyler. “To be partnering with the creative genius of Tyler, the Creator and Lionel Boyce is a dream come true for us as we’ve long been fans of their,”he said. “Tyler’s unconventional ingenuity is unparalleled, and we are excited about the prospect of what we can create together.”

Tyler is no stranger to tv. The rapper also worked on Adult Swim’s Jellies!, and Loiter Squad. It appears both Sony and Tyler are excited for the new deal.
