The Weeknd Reveals He Is Officially In Album Mode & Working On "Chapter VI"

Months after revealing his PUMA collaboration, The Weeknd confirms he’s back in album mode, and working on his next album. At the launch of his New creative imprint, Hxouse, The Weeknd announced that his new album Chapter VI is currently in the works.

“I want you guys to be the first to know that I’m working on my new album right now,” Weeknd proclaimed. “Chapter VI coming soon. Let’s get it.”

Chapter VI will will be the singer’s first album since 2016’s Starboy. The Weeknd did release an EP, My Dear Melancholy earlier this year, but fans are ultra excited that he’s now releasing a full-length. After the show, the pop-star gave fans some insight as to the meaning behind his upcoming album.

“Some chapters are smaller than others. not this next one though,” he tweeted. Check out the announcements below.
