In a shocking judgement, Stevie J will continue to have full custody of his daughter Bonnie Bella until early 2020. Joseline Hernandez is clearly unhappy about this!
Last week, a Georgia family court judge pushed back a status hearing on the case for another four months and ordered both Stevie and Joseline to attend mediation to better settle the matter.
With that being the case, Stevie will continue to have primary custody of baby Bonnie Bella. Joseline however, does have visitation. Also, he is no longer required to pay Joseline $1,000 a month in child support. Instead, they each have to bear the costs of caring for the child while she’s in their care.
Stevie sued Joseline earlier this year for custody with the argument that she’d completely cut him off and ran off with another guy in Miami. He argued that he was more mentally and financially capable of caring for little Bonnie, and asked the judge to force Joseline to pay him child support.
The Puerto Rican Princess denied keeping Bonnie away from Stevie, and said she was doing the best she could to raise the little girl.
They go back to court February 2020, where the judge said he may make a final judgment.
