Slim Jxmmi & Mike Will Made It Donate 100k For College Scholarships

It is always pleasant to see those who have achieved success, giving back to the comunity. Producer Mike Will Made It and Slim Jxmmi (Of Rae Sremmurd) are giving back in a major way this year. On August 21st, Slim Jxmmi announced that he had partnered with Mike Will’s  Making Wishes Matter Foundation, and  they have pledged to donate $100,000 in scholarships to help fund college education.

The generous $100,000 contribution will help 10 students go to college, and they will each receive $10,000 towards their education. The scholars Mike will chose for his portion of the cotribution included students LaNia Calhoun, Adia Ferrell, Cregory Nance, Ethan Voss and Kennedi Wilson. Slim Jxmmi’s chosen students included Nancy Castillo C., Neal Dadlani, Morgan McManus, Woomy Michel and Sebastian Pease.

The students chosen for the scholarship are studying a wide variety of majors including Horticulture, Information Technology, and more, and they will be attending various universities across the U.S. Slim Jxmmi took to Twitter to express that he wanted to do even more for the cause.  “I wish we could have sent 50 people to college,” he tweeted.
