Two months after to being charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, R. Kelly has lost one of his cases.

A judge, Moira Johnson recently granted a default judgment after Kelly did not file an appearance despite being served with a court summons to attend. By not responding to the suit, it was an automatic loss for the singer.

The attorney for the accuser, reported that she is one of four victims who accused Kelly of sexual abuse in February. Of the four accusers, three were under the age of 17 when the alleged abuse happened.
