Migos member, Quavo made the world stop and listen when he released three new tracks just a few weeks ago. The Atlanta musician has just revealed that he will be doing that again very soon. In an interview with legendary radio personality Angie Martinez, Quavo revealed that he will be releasing a solo album in September.

During the interview on Power 105.1, Quavo discusses touring with Drake, writing the hit “Apeshit” for Beyonce, and of course, his new album. The discussion began when Angie asked him about the three tacks he released. The Migo went on to clarify that he wasn’t intending for the songs to be released as an ep. He explained that they were indeed  “an alley-oop for the biggest slam dunk in the game.” “It’s gonna be crazy. It’s on the way.”

After dropping the basketball analogy, Quavo went on to give a few more details. He revealed that his album could be expected to drop in September. He also said listeners can expect solo projects from his counterparts, Offset and Takeoff. Check out the full interview below. Are you excited for the new album?
