Things have been getting progressively worse in all facets of life for R&B singer R. Kelly. After being accused of kidnapping and operating a sex cult, as well as releasing a 19-minute song admitting to dealing with young girls in questionable capacities, Kelly has yet another situation on his hands. This time the singer is being sued by a property management company, for damages to two Atlanta homes.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, A lawsuit was filed against R. Kelly on August 15th, by SB Global Management, LLC. The company alleges that Kelly was renting out a 23-room, 9000 square foot home for $10,000 a month, and had just signed the lease for a 4 bedroom-$3000 a month home in Atlanta. The company claims that he was evicted from both homes, but did not move out of either until two months after the notice was served.

After Kelly moved out, the company inspected the homes and report that they observed “exstensive damage” that was “beyond wear & tear”. These damages included broken windows, flooring and carpeting, and electric wiring. They claim that the home’s 22 light fixtures, stove, furniture, pillows, and ceiling fans were missing after Kelly left. They also reported that there was damage in the theater, fitness room, cigar room, bathrooms, kitchen, study, and living rooms. The company is seeking $203,400 in damages.
