Plies Arrested At Florida Airport

Florida rapper Plies, was arrested at Tampa International Airport on Sept 19th when a gun was discovered in his luggage by TSA.
The state of Florida does not require a permit or license to carry a gun in most cases. However, you do need a license to carry a conceled weapon. Although Plies did in fact have a license to carry, having a firearm in the airport is still prohibited. As the rapper was trying to pass through security, TSA agents found a Glock 43 in his carry on bag. They also found a loaded magazine along with the gun. Then police proceeded to arrest him for unlawful concealed carry, a third degree felony.
If convicted, Plies can face up to five years in prison. Check out the video of the incident below.
