Pharrell Williams has announced his next major project. His new venture is not an album or a song, but an art, music, and culture festival called Something In The Water.  The fest will take place in Virginia Beach Friday April 26 through April 28. The three-day event consists of a music festival and cultural experience aimed at highlighting the richness of  Williams’ hometown of Virginia Beach. Check out the full lineup below.
