Lil Pump is planning on suing the police department who arrested him at Miami International Airport in December. He made this announcement after a video of him getting detained at the airport surfaced on social media.

 “DIRTY ASS 🐷SAID “ITS YOUR BAG NOW” THIS RACIST SHIT NEEDA STOP LAWSUIT ON DA WAY,” he wrote in the caption along with the clip of him and the police yelling at each other.

In aprevious video for the same incident, you can see Pump being yelled at by officers over a bag that they believed smell like weed. Pump claimed it wasn’t his, but the police thought different. “It’s your bag now!” said one officer. Check out Pump’s reaction below
