Lil Baby Reflects On Rise To Stardom In "Preacherman" Documentary

The Quality Control label has just released it’s newest documentary detailing the rise of young rapper Lil Baby, entitled Preacherman. Director Mandon Lovette directed the 26 minute film, while QC founders Pee and Coach K serve as executive producers for the documentary.
First the film begins at Lil Baby’s roots. The first shot is the rapper’s childhood home in Atlanta where he grew up. Next, his mother Lashawn Jones begins to recount his childhood. As the plot progresses, the film also touches on his high school days, legal troubles, and eventual two year prison stint. The film then goes on to detail how he began rapping, and his ultimate rise to success.
