After Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly docuseries aired, new allegations against the R&B singer have been coming to the surface. An attorney named Michael Avenatti claims that he’d uncovered a new tape of R. Kelly having sex with a minor.

CNN reports that the new video is 42 minutes and 45 seconds long, and shows Kelly and the girl referring to her body parts as being 14 years old.  Avenatti also revealed that he gave the tape to Chicago’s Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office last weekend.
