A New York event promoter has  filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of not fulfilling a deal to perform at several shows. The Blast reorts that Nicholas Fitts hired Kodak to perform in New York on March 3, 2017, and he did not show. Another date was rescheduled for later that year, which Kodak is also accused of not attending. After those two incidents, Fitts gave Kodak one last chance and booked him for a third show, which he also didn’t show up for, causing Fitts to now seek $500,000 in damages.
