Kendrick Lamar & Childish Gambino Snag 2019 Golden Globe Nominations

Kendrick Lamar and Childish Gambino will definitely be representing  for hip-hop at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards. On December 6th Terry Crews and Leslie Mann announced the 2019 nominees for the 76th Annual Golden Globe Awards, and of course K Dot and Chilidish were o the list.

Childish Gambino snagged the nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series (Musical or Comedy). His lead role as Earnest “Earn” Marks in FX series Atlanta earned him the nom. He’s up against Sacha Baron Cohen, Jim Carrey, Michael Douglas and Bill Hader.

Meanwhile, Kendrick clenched the nomination for “All The Stars,” featuring Sza, the lead single for the Black Panther movie soundtrack. K. Dot siezed the nom for Best Original Song – Motion Picture. He’s battling the likes of Dolly Parton, Annie Lennox, Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper and Troye Sivan for the award.
