Kanye West is back on top of the Billboard 200 charts with Jesus Is King. The album will rake in between 225,000-275,000 units within its first week; 60,000-85,000 of those units will come from traditional sales. Jesus Is King secures Kanye’s ninth No. 1 solo album. His last effort was 2018’s Ye, which moved 208,000 units. Jesus Is King is also currently occupying the top 10 slots on the Apple Music song charts; the “Jesus Is Lord” track sits at the No. 13, preceded by Selena Gomez’s “Lose You to Love Me” and Travis Scott’s “Highest in the Room,” at No. 11 and No. 12, respectively. The album has also been dominating the U.S. Spotify charts, taking nine of the top 10 positions.
