In an effort to amass more publicity for his album release, Kanye West decided to troll fans and haters in an outrageous fashion yet again. In an appearance at Fader headquarters, Kanye West wore a “Make America Great Again” hat, along with a Colin Kaepernick Sweatshirt. Ye has been continuously criticized for his support of Donald Trump and his racist ideals. To make the outfit even more controversial, he also wore a sweatshirt depicting someone who is adamantly against everything that Trump stands for.

Additionally, Kanye posted a video to social media “explaining” the hat. “The elephant in the room is I wear my hat, right?” he says. “But it’s my hat. I redesigned it. I changed the brim and changed the shape right here. And I put positive energy into that hat.” he said.
