City Girls’ J.T. was hoping to be released early from federal prison by filing a motion to be released to a halfway house with nine months left of her sentence, but unfortunately, her request has been denied. According to court documents the court denied the motion on Tuesday, citing the fact that it is up to the Bureau of Prisons to determine who gets released from prison early, not judges.
