YoungBoy Never Broke Again Targets Lil Durk and DJ Akademiks on Twitter
Louisiana-raised rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again didn’t hold back when addressing Lil Durk and DJ Akademiks on Twitter.
He tweeted, “@lildurk, you a b#### & yo nasty a## h#e, and it’s shown and @Akademiks, [you’re] a pure fat h#e who mouth gone be the reason you from now on (‘invalid’).” He also added, “@lildurk, lol you ever realized you only get a buzz when one of your friends die? Think about it scary bum b####, you know I ain’t lying, haha. #fact.”
DJ Akademiks had previously claimed that the beef between Lil Durk and YoungBoy Never Broke Again had come to an end, but it appears the bad blood continues. Akademiks responded to YoungBoy’s tweets, saying, “Lol, I never thought I see the day my homie diss me cuz his sales [were] low. This rap game is the devil lol.” He also added, “Youngboy I forgive u, man. We can get them sales up otherwise… lol. But ok.”
YoungBoy Never Broke Again released multiple projects in 2023, including Don’t Try This at Home, which debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200. Despite having four No. 1 projects in his catalog, DJ Akademiks criticized him for his recent album sales. YoungBoy fired back on Twitter, stating, “@Akademiks you steady talking bout sales, b####. I’m paid you can’t manipulate me, clown. [You’re] embarrassing yourself. Simple fact: I can’t be f##### with that’s why I’m dropping. ‘Cause all you n##### h#es and I’m better.'”
