Travis Scott Announces Launch of Project HEAL
Travis Scott launched Project HEAL, a philanthropic initiative, to provide academic scholarships, mental health resources, tech-driven solutions for event safety, and more. Travis Scott pledged $5 million. He shared on Instagram, “over the past few months I’ve been taking the time and space to give, reflect and do my part to heal my community. Most importantly, I want to use my resources and platform moving forward towards actionable change. This will be a lifelong journey for me and my family.” Project HEAL has already donated $1 million to provide HBCU students with scholarships. Travis launched Project HEAL after the Astroworld Festival tragedy that happened last year.
