The Roots Picnic Returns In-Person
The Roots Picnic is returning to an in-person event for the first time since 2019 in Philadelphia. The event will take place June 4-5 with performances from Mary J. Blige, Summer Walker, WizKid, Jazmine Sullivan, Keyshia Cole, Musiq Soulchild, Mickey Guyton, Kirk Franklin and The Roots. Presale tickets will be made available today (February 15) but general public tickets go on sale Friday. The event will also stream on The Roots’ YouTube channel. The Picnic will also include a Podcast Stage which will be curated by Philadelphia natives, Gillie & Wallo.
