Unfortunately, Lil Tjay was shot and hospitalized reportedly during an attempted robbery in New Jersey. Lil Tjay had to undergo emergency surgery. Rubi Rose and Lil Tjay had relationship issues in the past that were displayed to the public but have reconciled. While there were some immature comments to her tweet, a lot of Black Twitter praised Rubi Rose for her compassion regarding Tjay’s situation.
