Power Book III: Raising Kanan Renewed For 3rd Season
Starz announced the renewal of Power Book III: Raising Kanan ahead of the debut of Season 2. The series produced by 50 Cent will air episode 1 of Season 2 on Sunday (August 14). Mekai Curtis stars as Kanan Stark. Power Book III: Raising Kanan debuted on Starz in 2021 and is one of three spinoffs from the original Power series, which ran for six seasons. Starz confirmed a third season for Power Book II: Ghost and a second season for Power Book IV: Force. Starz’s president of original programming, Kathryn Busby, said, “Our passionate and loyal fans have been eagerly awaiting the season two return of Raising Kanan to see the continued transformation of a young and naive teenage Kanan Stark into the ruthless, no-nonsense character they know and love. And we’re thrilled to be doubling down on a third season with this incredible cast led by Patina and Mekai.”
