Offset Sues Quality Control Over Solo Career
Offset filed a lawsuit against Quality Control Music for the right to have his own solo career. He claims he paid millions for the right to be a solo artist and QC isn’t honoring the deal as they have attached the label to his recent single, “54321.” Reportedly, his solo venture is with Motown Records and is not affiliated with Quality Control. Offset, Pee, and Cardi B all made comments about the situation on Twitter. Pee mentioned “the last lawsuit was filed publicly and dismissed quietly.” He described the lawsuit as lame. Offset replied saying they haven’t spoke in two years. Cardi B defended Offset saying he bought himself out of his deal and is being made to look like the bad guy. Offset is set to drop another single titled, “Code” which features Moneybagg Yo.
