Offset Denies Stealing Bentley
Offset requests a $950,027 default judgment be reversed in a lawsuit over a missing Bentley. A judge determined he was responsible for the vehicle leased by one of his children’s mothers. Offset says he never signed the rental agreement, never had it, and never rode in it. He only agreed to pay the rental cost of the vehicle. The legal issue came when the car went missing from the parking space where it was left outside a gated community. The car is valued at $177,521, but a judge ordered Offset to pay four times the amount claiming he misled the court.
