Nicki Minaj Will Tap Into “Mixtape Nicki” For Album
In anticipation of her new album, Nicki Minaj announced she will be tapping into “Mixtape Nicki” on her upcoming album.
Nicki said that the flow that got her on to begin with is much needed. The announcement came during an interview on the Dana Cortez Show. Fans have become accustomed to Nicki’s various styles on all her previous projects. She has been able to toggle between pop, reggae, reggaeton and R&B which will still be incorporated but she will go back to the gritty mixtape style for her Day 1 fans. Nicki Minaj will release a new video featuring Lil Baby this Friday.
