Method Man & Mary J Blige Win At NAACP Image Awards
Method Man and Mary J. Blige both took home awards at the NAACP Image Awards for their respective roles in Power Book II: Ghost.
Method Man won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. Mary took home the same award for an actress. It’s been nearly 27 years since their 1995 collaboration, “You’re All I Need.” In a previous interview, Method Man spoke to support Mary and her work as Monet Tejada. He speculated Mary was in mind to create Power Book II: Ghost. After winning the Image Award, Method Man went to Instagram to repost his win and announce, “Price just went up!!”
