Lil Uzi Vert Defends Jack Harlow
Lil Uzi Vert took a second to defend labelmate Jack Harlow when approached by TMZ. Jack Harlow has been catching a lot of backlash ever since he could not identify a Brandy song. TMZ asked Uzi if he feels like Harlow benefits from his race. Lil Uzi commented on Jack Harlow’s talent and added, “Nah, he doesn’t have white privilege. He’s signed to Black people.” Jack Harlow and Lil Uzi Vert are signed to Generation Now, founded by DJ Drama and Don Cannon. The Generation Now label is distributed through Atlantic Records. Jack Harlow has topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart twice, with “Industry Baby” and “First Class.”
