Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s attorney, says the pills were prescribed to his client since he was shot in Los Angeles during Super Bowl weekend. The painkillers are needed to treat the injury. Kodak was pulled over in Ft. Lauderdale after police determined his vehicle had too much tint. They searched the vehicle citing a marijuana odor then found the pills and almost $75k cash.
