French Montana Lists Expansive Los Angeles Mansion for Sale
According to The New York Times, rapper French Montana is reportedly putting his Los Angeles mansion on the market.
Following Nicki Minaj’s recent move to the exclusive Hidden Hills community, the Bronx-born artist is now making his exit.
Spanning an impressive 1.35 acres and boasting nearly 16,000 square feet, the compound offers ample space and luxury. French Montana acquired the property from Los Angeles Clippers’ Paul George in 2020, purchasing it for $8.4 million, which was approximately $1 million less than the basketball player’s initial asking price.
Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit, French Montana has enlisted the services of real estate agent Tomer Fridman to sell the estate, with a listing price of $22,750,000.
Fridman commented on the property, stating, “It’s not only about the size of the house, it’s also the grounds. You’ve got over an acre. You’ve got a sports court and a spa in the guesthouse down below. There’s everything you need for the California lifestyle.”
The mansion, which served as French Montana’s residence for a relatively brief period of three years, offers an array of luxurious amenities. It includes a full-size basketball court, a pool, a spa with exquisite stone decking, and a fire pit. Additionally, the spacious garage has the capacity to accommodate at least five cars.
In 2021, the Bad Boy recording artist sold another property in Hidden Hills, located within the 11-house gated community of Mureau Estates. This previous residence was comparably smaller, spanning 8,600 square feet, and was acquired from pop star Selena Gomez. The property, featuring a resort-style backyard, was successfully sold for $5 million.
