Drake signed a deal with Universal Music Group, reportedly worth $400 million. The official figure has not been revealed. Drake previously signed to Cash Money through Republic Records and now has re-signed to UMG in a deal that covers recordings, publishing, merchandise, and “visual media projects.” In other news, a troll mentioned Drake and his son on Instagram comments. Drake responded by following the troll’s wife and announcing it to him. Drake also slid her DM, telling her, “I’m here for you ma.” The troll took it in stride as he and his wife capitalized off their newfound fame, doing promo for up to $200 per post.
