Bun B, the UGK legend and owner of Trill Burgers, experienced a momentous visit from rap superstar Drake at his newly established bricks-and-mortar store.
Just weeks after opening its doors, Trill Burgers has already garnered rave reviews and accolades. However, the ultimate stamp of approval came from Drake, who dropped by to catch up with his “mentor” on Monday (Jun. 19).
Bun B warmly embraced Drake upon his arrival, and the two indulged in some Trill Burgers while engaging in conversation. Drake, in an Instagram Stories video, expressed his admiration for Bun B, stating, “I don’t like to use the term OG, but he’s my mentor and one of my favorite people in the world.”
Acknowledging the significance of Drake’s presence, the Houston representative confessed that although they occasionally receive notable guests, few are as momentous as Drizzy himself. “We’re just happy to have you in the building,” Bun B graciously admitted.

It’s been our sole goal to open up an establishment where we can serve you guys Trill Burgers consistently at a high level on a daily basis. And now we’re ready to do it. We are now officially open for business, ready to serve you.”
