Dame Dash & Roc-A-Fella Settle Lawsuit
Damon Dash has reached a settlement with Jay-Z and Roc-A-Fella Records in the Reasonable Doubt NFT lawsuit. According to court papers, Dame cannot sell his portion of the album as an NFT or any other token. RAF, Inc. owns all rights to the album including its copyright. No shareholder or member has a direct interest in Reasonable Doubt. However, Dame Dash is allowed to sell his stake in the company. He is one-third owner of Roc-A-Fella, Inc.
