Chaunte Wayans Talks Passing Up Meeting Jay-Z
In an interview with Allison Kugel, Comedian Chaunte Wayans spoke about passing up on an opportunity to meet Jay-Z. She said she is a big fan of Jay but based on past interactions she’s had, she doesn’t want to cloud the image she has of him. Chaunte Wayans has met plenty of famous people especially being born into the Hollywood royalty, Wayans family. During the interview, she spoke about what it was like growing up a Wayans. She spoke on privacy issues, especially one about the passing of her great aunt. Chaunte said that’s why it’s important to find comedy in everyday things. Her uncles, Shawn & Marlon, helped her with the craft of writing a joke. In the interview, she said she’s working on a project now that would bring the Wayans family together.
