Cam’Ron Rejected $300K Offer To Buy His Iconic Pink Fur
During an interview, Cam’Ron spoke about his iconic pink fur, its value, and allowing Drake to wear it during the Dipset performance at The Apollo. He revealed that people offer to buy the fur coat all the time and he once turned down $300,000 for it. “The people who offered it to me, I didn’t feel they deserved it,” Cam said on Kevin Durant’s Boardroom podcast. “It was more of a stat to them like, ‘I bought Cam’s jacket.’ It wasn’t really like they appreciated where that jacket came from.” Cam said he would consider selling it to someone who values its history. Cam’Ron debuted the iconic fur coat at New York Fashion Week. Drake wore the fur while performing with Dipset at the legendary Apollo Theatre. “These guys right here from Harlem made us dress different, talk different, walk different, rap different – all the way in Canada,” Drake said after performing with the group.
