Yesterday, it was unfortunately reported that 47 year-old Kim Porter was found dead inside of her Los Angeles home. Porter was a model, actress, and mother to hip-hop mogul Diddy’s children. She was reportedly suffering from flu-like symptoms in the weeks leading up untimely. Someone called police to the home after she suffered from cardiac arrest.

Shortly after the news of her death, many hip-hop figures took time to send their condolences. Surprisingly one of the first was Diddy’s longtime rival 50 Cent. 50 tweeted a thoughtful message with an image of Diddy and Kim.

“R.I.P to Kim Porter, I send my condolences to her friends and family. She was loved and will be missed dearly. I know Puff is hit right now, he loved her for real, soul mate type shit. Chin up puff, Positive vibes only.”

Another rapper who stepped forward was Rick Ross. “Let’s send our prayers out to @Diddy and his family at this time of grief 🙏🏽,” wrote the MMG rapper.
