Fans expressed concern for Post Malone and his well-being after performance videos from his Runaway Tour began circulating on social media. Posty appeared to be slurring his words, rolling his eyes back and stumbling onstage among other things. After fans pleaded with the rapper on social media to get help and speculating that he may have a substance abuse problem, Post has addressed their concerns onstage of his latest tour stop. While on stage at the Fed Ex Forum in Memphis, he addressed fans directly by saying:

“I’m not on drugs, and I feel the best I’ve ever fucking felt in my life, and that’s why I can bust my ass for these shows and fucking fall on the floor and do all that fun shit. But for anybody that’s concerned here, I appreciate the love and the support, but I feel fucking fantastic and I’m not doing drugs.”

Post Malone has been out touring and making appearances in support of his latest album Hollywood’s Bleeding with plans to have another album out this year. The Runaway Tour continues today at Houston’s Toyota Center with Swae Lee and Tyla Yaweh. Tickets are available here.
