Fan Throws Bible At Lil Uzi Vert During Performance

Lil Uzi Vert is known for his high energy performances, and his edginess when it comes to his music concepts, fashion, and image. Often times within his music and imagery, Uzi references death, the devil, and other things of a satanic nature. That may be the reason why this past weekend, a fan threw a Bible on stage at Lil Uzi Vert while he was performing his hit song “XO Tour Life”.

After the fan threw the Bible on stage, a confused Uzi flipped through the pages as he continued to perform. He looked puzzled, but oddly enough did not seem offended by the offering. In the multi-platinum selling song “XO Tour Life”, Uzi says “I don’t really care if you cry/On the real you should’ve never lied/Should’ve saw the way she looked me in my eyes/She said, “Baby, I am not afraid to die.”/Push me to the edge/All my friends are dead”. These somber could have been what prompted the fan to throw the bible on stage during that exact part of the set.

Though there’s a variety of reasons why someone chose to throw the bible at Lil Uzi Vert, luckily he was not injured, and seemed to take it lightly. Check out the footage of the entire ordeal below to see the rapper’s puzzled reaction.
