According to reports, rapper Fabolous has copped a plea deal in his domestic violence case, and has susequently been able to avoid jail time.

Fab pleaded guilty to one count of harassment for threatening his girlfriend, Emily Bustamante, and her father. Fabolous’ lawyer, says that the charges will be expunged from his criminal record upon completion of an intervention program for one year.
