50 Cent is giving away a hefty charity donation after selling his 50,000 square foot Connecticut mansion for $3 million. All of the proceeds from the sale will go to his G-Unity Foundation. The organization provides grants to non-profit organizations focused on improving lower income and underserved communities.

The mansion boasts 21 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, 9 kitchens, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool with a grotto, a helicopter pad, a casino, a nightclub, and basketball courts. 50 intially purchased the home for for $18.5 million in 2007.
