J. Cole's Dreamville Festival Cancelled Due To Hurricane

J. Cole was holding his inaugural Dreamville Festival, on September 15th, 2018 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Dreamville is a music festival intended to celebrate artists and musicianship, and it was stacked with some of the hottest talent in the game. J. Cole, Young Thug, Teyana Taylor, Rich The Kid, Rapsody, Big Sean, and more were performing at the festival. Unfortunately, J. Cole and his team cancelled Dreamville Festival last night due to a category 4 hurricane heading towards North Carolina.

First, the Dreamville team announced that there was a possibility of potentially rainy whether during the festival. Then, it escalated from potentially rainy, to hazadarous. And finally, once more info came out about the hurricane, they decided to cancel Dreamville Festival all together.

J. Cole and his team are saddend by the cancellation, but they prioritize the saftey of the community. On September 10th, they issued a statement.  Check out the entire announcement below.
