This past weekend, rap duo Rae Sremmurd were the victims of a home invasion by armed robbers in their San Fernando Valley home. According to TMZ, four men knocked on the door of the San Fernando home at 4:00am Saturday morning. Then, when Rae Sremmurd’s security answered, the assailants pistolwhipped him in order to gain access. After gaining access the robbers asked group member Slim Jxmmi to lead them to the safe. Jxmmi obliged their request. Finally the assailants made off with the safe and everything in it. There hasn’t been report on whether or not Jxmmi was injured during the ordeal. Group member Swae Lee was not present at the time of the ordeal. Police are now investigating the matter.
