21 Savage recently made a statment declaring legendary rapper Jay-Z, to be the greatest rapper of all time.

In a tweet he uploaded Tuesday (May 21), 21 insists that Jay is the greatest to ever do it, and he even includes a throwback picture of Hov rocking a gold grill in his mouth in his younger years.

“Greatest to ever do it. Not up for debate,” Savage writes in his tweet. Many fans replied, agreeing with the rapper’s sentiment.
