The ruby red jewels that represented nipples on Cardi B’s 2019 Met Gala dress apparently cost a whopping $500,000.

In a video interview Vogue published Monday, Cardi shared the jewels that sat on her gown featured 44-carat rubies. The custom-made rubies cost her $250,000 each.

“These are Ruby nipples by Stefere. $250,000 each,” Cardi explains to Liza Koshy. “If I lose one of these, I’m gonna have to sell one of my Birkin bags.”
