Blac Chyna’s former landlord, Michael Kremerman, is suing her for allegedly breaching her lease. 

Kremerman alleges that Chyna signed a 1-year lease for a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, $4.5 million Studio City home for $16,000 a month in 2017. He claims she extended the lease until March 31, 2019, but proceeded to move out in November 2018 and stopped paying rent.

Kremerman believes he’s owed $30,546 in unpaid rent, plus $18,006.06 in damages, totaling $48,552.06. Blac Chyna has not publicly responded to the lawsuit.
