After a huge brawl in a West Hollywood nightclub last year, a who was attacked alleges that Drake played a part in the act.

TMZ reports that Bennett Sipes has filed a new lawsuit against Drizzy, Odell Beckham Jr., Kourtney Younes Bendjima, and Delilah nightclub. He claims he was attacked by Bendjima and members of both Drake and Odell’s crews. Sipes says he had a confrontation with both superstars while in their VIP area. As he was leaving the VIP, Sipes alleges that Drake signaled his squad by giving a “throat slash” motion.  Sipes also claims that he now has an outrages amount of medical bills and suffers “extreme mental anguish and physical pain.”

“We gave the defendant’s months to settle this claim without litigation, but when they failed to be accountable for their actions, we were left with no choice but to file suit to seek justice for our client,” said Sipes’ attorney.

Drake has not yet commented or responded to the new lawsuit.
