Blac Youngsta Will Stand Trial For 2017 Young Dolph Shooting In Charlotte

Blac Youngsta is officially going to trial for charges related to the 2017 shooting involving rapper Young Dolph. According to the Charlotte Observer, Youngsta will appear at Mecklenburg County Criminal Superior Court on February 6. He faces five counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling/moving vehicle and one count of conspiracy to commit discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
The initial incident occured February 25, 2017. Someone pulled up and fired over 100 bullets at a black SUV in Charlotte during the CIAA men’s and women’s college basketball tournament. Young Dolph was allegedly the target of the attack.
Youngsta did turn himself in after the CMPD filed charges against him. While walking into the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office, he proclaimed his innocence.
“I ain’t fire nothing,” he told Fox13. “I didn’t see nothing. I didn’t do nothing.”
