Tory Lanez is currently working on his new mixtape, Chixtape 5. He recently showed off his latest piece to autotune pioneer, T-Pain. Tory previewed a new track that samples T-Pain’s hit “Sprung”, and the singer was of course, delighted.

Tory took to Instagram this weekend to share the moment. Both singers hit the studio in Miami, coincidentally on the anniversary of the release of T-Pain’s debut album Rappa Ternt Sanga, at the exact same studio where he recorded the album in over a decade ago.

“This is the first time that he’s ever hearing this. I just had to make sure this was televised,” Tory announces in the video. Let’s do a little taste test of what’s going on here” he continues.

After hearing the track, T-Pain seems to like what he hears. “Hard body,” he exclaims. “Oh my God, somebody get CSI: Miami on the phone. There’s a body on the street.”
