Nicki Minaj and Tekashi 6ix9ine (Daniel Hernandez) first linked up professionally for their hit “FEFE” back in July. Since then, the two rappers have collaborated a few more times, and seemingly formed a genuine bond.

Tekashi was arrested on Saturday night (November 17th) on racketeering and weapon charges, which caused an indefinite delay on his new album, Dummy Boy, on which Nicki was to be featured.

On Wednesday (November 21st), Nicki spoke about the delay and showed her support for Tekashi (Danny) via Instagram. “For reasons beyond music, the record company will hold off on putting his project out for now,” she wrote in the caption. “Danny, I love you and am praying for you, your Mother, daughter & her Mom during this time.” she wrote.
