Amidst the California wildfires,  power couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian hired a private team of firefighters to save their home. The firefighters also saved their neighbors’ homes from the impeding flames. Now the couple is taking it a step further and doing even more for the community. The Wests are partnering with Adidas and his Yeezy brand to donate $500,000 to wildfire relief.

Reportedly, Yeezy and company donated $200,000 to the California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Relief Fund, $200,000 to the California Fire Foundation, and $100,000 to firefighter Michael Williams and his wife Lisa. Kim Kardashian appeared on Ellen on Tuesday to personally hand Michael and Lisa their $100,000 donation.  All together their efforts total $500,000.
